fuel pressure regulators

Has anybody turned down fuel pressure to smooth out idle and cruising while compensating for boost with a afpr and also using a piggyback to smooth things out?

Yes, when higher cc's injectors were installed. After a while of tuning it worked well.

I used an Aeromotive regulator.

fronkkillsit 07-28-2015 08:29 PM

I'm using a knockoff of one of those. Lol

Um, yeah...knock-offs....you get what you pay for. Just ask TibbyTib...lol He got left stranded due to the same knock off you have.

fronkkillsit 07-30-2015 01:09 PM

I saw that coming. I don't have the money for a aeromotive right now.

Do you have $200 set aside for a tow truck? Then go for it.

Stocker 07-30-2015 07:10 PM

Eh, a tow <$175 is "free" on my automotive insurance plan. If you don't ever go far from home . . .

Do you guys know how I can get ahold of dennist? Or whatever his name is. I need a relocation kit.
