Look similiar? The motor mounts are in very similiar spots if not the same as well. I just havent researched it at all because I dont have the money to pull this swap off.... but I wish I did

 

where is the intake manifold on the mitsu motor?!

 

its in the same place as ours... just under all the wiring. If you folow the intake piping back, youll see where it goes.

 

Jaws....This needs to be moved to Extreme Mods. Thats where swap info should be. also there was another post today about a very similar topic, I posted 2 links in there......they should also be moved.

what bolt pattern are you talking about?

intake manifold? maybe, the stock turbo manifold off a gen1 DSM is a VERY close fit. so close we can actually use it.

 

I've only seen pics of 2-3 Tiburons with mits engines.

 

remember guys...

that doesnt mean the ports will line up. Bolt pattern is the second priority... Your main priority are the exhaust manifold ports. If those dont match 100%, youll have hot ass air hitting a wall of metal. Not good.
