Double fuel rail
So basically, with the new design denisst99 is working on, this could be done in an inexpensive and fairly easy way. And, to date, the most efficient and controllable. I mean I always understood that running extra injectors controlled seperatly from the stockies would help, but I never realized that it would be something that I could do without creating it myself, with the equipment and knowledge I dont have.
Thanks guys for pioneering and helping the rest of us out that dont have the ability to try something new like this.

Yup, I can tell that what Denisst99 is working on WILL be cool wink1.gif
BTW, Denis is a long-term tuner; he's be working in a small but reputable tuning shop for ~10 years, and stuff such as double fuel rails is seen and setuped on a weekly basis for him. They don't do oil changes at his shop, nor install brakes or stuff like that. They tune car, and they do it well. They have a very good parts fabrication reputation.

The amount of fuel delivered by the injectors of the second rail is only a factor of fuel pressure and and injection time, right?
Do injectors have a minimum they have to be open?

the "beauty" with a dual fuel rail set-up is that
1 off boost your car is completely stock,
2 no need for ultra large, expensive, hard to trune injectors
just put your hand on 4 240 to 315cc injectors and it'll be more then
enough for what most of us need (can be get used fairly cheap)
3 lots of us here are going to/already use this set-up so tuning tips can be
exchanged

Dual fuel rail is a great idea, but seems like a lot of extra parts and work will have to be involved. 5th injector in intake would do a good job too smile.gif although it probably won't be as good as having injectors in your IM, it will be easier to do.
Nah, it won't need a whole lot of extra parts. Can't say more till Denis shows his pics smile.gif
Anyway, I would say that the 4 additionnal injectors will be installed within ~3h by a DIY'er, probably less by someone really mecanically enclined.
The whole point of this new setup is to make it bolt on and easy to install. And it will be both.

yea and 4 extra injectors, in my opinion, is MUCH better than larger ones to replace stock or jst a fifth one. With the extra injectors being bolt-on there should be little work that would need to be done. There are numerous reasons 4 extra is better than anything else.
1) Each cyclinder gets the same amount of fuel.
3) Any lean spots should be able to get worked out.
4) Depending on how much denis wants for is design, it could be cheaper or roughly the same price as larger ones
