Cant Figure Out What Flange This Is!

Let me know guys. To small to be a T3 from what Im seeing. Measurements from center to center bolt holes are:
2 and 7/8
by
1 and 5/8
For searches it was a T25 flange. I just couldnt find it anywhere. Closed because its not a worthless thread.
