Sounds like they screwed up that stud then if the hex side goes in the block. It's backwards.

I just got off the phone again with ARP. He was surprised Atomic Speedware had a "package" and got on their site. I don't know if they're a legal distributor. ARP still doesn't have the correct stud for the 12mm, so I don't know how Atomic Speedware could have a correct package.

Anyways, I got more info. I updated the price on the 12mm studs, nuts, washers, and added some part #'s for them. I forgot to get the washer part # though. But like I said, those are easy for them to look up.

Has anyone recieved their package from Atomic? What did it look like? Did it look like a "package set" from ARP or was everything loose?

edit: Got the washer part number. wink1.gif

What length stud did they give you for the 12mm's? Did they come in their bags with the part #'s still on them?

Not sure how I forgot about this but browsing around for engine build information I saw this again. The 12mm studs are very long. I dont have a tape measure or anything by me but they are a little longer than 2 credit cards next to each other.

they are 7.25' long.. now make sure you thread them all the way into the block. you will need 3 washer on each stude and some locktight 277.. BTW this is a good mod... and i cant thank jon for helping me out in a big way..
