A local shop did it. They ask you to take the fly wheel, the clutch and two pressure plates.
They dismantle both, use both diaphragms on one body and cut the surface of the plate to fit.

The problem I'm finding over here is that all the shops are now getting to the point where they won't do small work or custom jobs, either because of liability, or they're too busy to do it. They want to make quick money by selling you 100+ units, and have "minimum set up charges".

I do have OEm 4G63 valve springs, they measure about 12 lb more on our heads. if you don't trust then go with aftermarket, Crower are about $90.
Engendro has only Ferrea valve springs and retainers, video for reference.
