I say cut aluminium sheet into the the shape of the the gasket/spacer (exculding the idle air channel channel). Place the sheet in between the gasket/spacer and throttle body with some RTV silicone.

If you source out some sheets of phelonic plastic let me know. I need a spacer for the IM

Fill the hole with JB Weld and grind it smooth. Should be a definite seal then.

There's already places that make those for us, www.outlawengineering.com is one, they make a great kit.

Lee, as for those pics, yes, I took those, but that was for a beta 2 BBTB I had at my old apartment that I modified for someone else. Can't remember how I got it, but it wasn't for me.

I 2nd the outlaw spacers. They are WELL worth the money and were a perfect fit. It'll be a little more work in the process, but if I were you, I'd sell the things that are not working or send them back for a refund and find the parts that are going to fit. I think you'll be a lot happier in the end.

i second the JB weld idea.. will work great.. you can fill the hole in the actual TB, and then sand it smooth.

would be the easiest way to do it IMO, and effective.

will prevent the leaking, and will not affect the airflow.

and about the outlaw spacers, i never had them on my car, but i installed them on a car, and they were perfect as far as fitment.
