Aem Fic Wiring
QUOTE (javageek @ Sep 9 2008, 10:35 PM)
Here is what I have come up with. I do not have an AEM F/IC so I cannot personally verify this is the correct setup. If your car burns up it is not my fault. /disclaimer
Crank Sensor
Intercept Pin 43 with CRK HAL0+ and CRK HAL1+
Cam Sensor
Intercept Pin 44 with CAM1HAL0+ and CAM1HAL1+
MAF Sensor
Intercept Pin 41 with MAF IN+ and MAF OUT+
Fuel Injectors
Injector 1
Intercept Pin 3 with INJ1 IN and INJ1 OUT
Injector 2
Intercept Pin 32 with INJ2 IN and INJ2 OUT
Injector 3
Intercept Pin 31 with INJ3 IN and INJ3 OUT
Injector 4
Intercept Pin 4 with INJ4 IN and INJ4 OUT
Narrow Band O2 Sensor
TAP Pin 12 with O21+
or
Wide Band O2 Sensor
TAP NERNST CELL wire from wideband sensor with O21+
+12 V DC Switched
Tap Pin 58 with IGN PWR = You need to verify this source is switchable, ie comes on when you turn the key otherwise your F/IC will be constantly powered.
TPS
TAP Pin 73 with TPS+
Grounds
TAP Pin 55 with 2 PWR GND wires
TAP Pin 71 with SIG GND
If you want to datalog you need to hook a switch to LOG IN and run it to ground, or you can tap it to Pin 55. Make sure you have a switch in series with the LOG IN wire.

So i did everything on this list except connect my narrowband o2 sensors and now my car wont start. It turns over but doesnt start. What do you guys think?

The same way it came off. There is a hinge point on it, you slide the edge of the harness in there and then close the clamp. It has been awhile since I have removed it, but it can be a pain. I am pretty sure that is the way it connects.
so does it start now lol lmao.gif
ECU plug is usually a b****.. you gotta have a big angle on it when you put the first part in, kinda like an open door.. that part kinda acts like a 'hinge' im hoping you tapped the harness and not the actual pins, otherwise it wont go back in.
