Adding forced induction to a high mileage motor

So I found a beta engine and transmission locally but it has almost 200,000 miles on it. I can get both and the ECU delivered to my door for only $75. Yeah, you read that right...an engine, tranny, and ECU for only $75 total. :happyanim:

I'm thinking about taking the time to re-build it for a turbo but I was wondering when you rebuild a high mileage motor, what items are the most important to swap out for new stuff?

Oh, and obviously this would be a beta swap into my accent too in case anyone didnt realize that. :P

Pull head, measure cylinders. If taper and wear are not excessive, get a new set of moly rings. Get a new set of bottom-end bearings in the appropriate size. Be sure the deck is straight. Done.

Run with it, it's $75 for crying out loud.
