Would a 2nd Gen Eclipse exhaust manifold bolt on to the beta 1 motor, I seen a guy use a 1gen exhaust manifold on his beta1.

but what I know is that the 2nd Gen exhaust manifold is an upgrade for the 1gen exhaust manifold. so I am thinking that the 2nd Gen should have no probleming fitting?

you'll probably need to modify it, you'd be best to just pick up some cheep headers. mine will be on the market soon. cool.gif

Im interested in this as well, i believe he is reffering to the Turbo exhaust manifolds. The 2g is an upgrade over the 1g. I think DWEET has done this in the past, but correct me if im wrong.

once again, the 2g is def an upgrade over the 1g due to larger runners. However, there are most likely some modifications that need to be done. I am very interested in this as well. You can buy a ported 2g exhaust manifold for $50 online.

if i remember correctly you gotta get it ported where the manifold meets so that the ports will line up

and that the bolt holes are too small and need to be enlarged

why don't you just make a plate for your stock manifold for a turbo then you can customize it for any turbo you want.
