Default updated talon shifter will work

i was at local pick and pull and noticed a talon
shifter console was gone and it looked a lot like ours but the throws are shorter and the shaft is shorter
what do you think

the worst could happen is that it wouldn't work. i'd try it. because i looks like it would fit. besides it only takes 10 mins at the most to swap them out.

No, they are opposite...it looks like it would work but the cable needs to be hooked up on the left side, that one looks like it connects on the right.

Umm the mounts on that shifter mount on the left. look at the mounting bracket the left side of the photo has the holes for the cables to route through which then in turn attach on the left. looks almost exactly like ours. not 100% sure without measuring it.

That's good to know
I'm guessing the shifter has the same thread pattern as ours, so you can put the OEM knob on?
