Default transmission swap help

I need help. I'm somewhat of a newb. I need to know where I can get a standard tranny for my car. I found some good deals but I'm not sure what all I need to do the swap. The guy I had talked to at http://www.knucklebusters.us/2/usedindex.html said he wouldn't warranty it for a swap.

I recommend a local junkyard since you'll need lots of parts besides the tranny and probably forget something along the way. Have you ever done an auto to manual swap before?

You will need the pedal set from the car (dont know which) and also the hydraulic clutch master, line bracket and slave cylinders. What car are you swapping?
I smell spam.

I dunno, he was kind of dissing on the link he gave by saying that guy wouldn't warrantee the parts for a swap. Seems legitimate to me.

I want to do the same thing to my LC2. I just want to know if there is a lightweight flywheel available, and what type of clutch I should run. Being I do plan on going turbo, and i want to stick with the Alpha motor.

I don't think there's an off the shelf lightweight flywheel available.

You should run the 1.6l clutch & flywheel, whatever vendor suits you.
