How old is this car? that bearing should not go so fast. As for exhaust, YOU NEED TO KEEP THE CAT, you can replace it with one of equal properties but you must have one. For tibbies 2.25 on stock ish motor and 2.5" if decently moded ( ie turbo, s/c, nitrous, serious N/A ). Turbos are everywhere, Alpine has them and others are making them .

I have yet to hear of the Throwout bearing wearing out on a Tibby.

While they are taking it out, a lightweight flywheel and performance clutch would be nice.

KORE has several different Clutches to choose from, Clutchmasters has a Stage 2 and Stage3. HVE/RPW have a Ceramic Clutch, and HVE also now has a Brass Button Clutch.

For Everyday use, I would reccomend just a stage 2 from Clutchmasters, or the Stage 2 from KORE.

For Nitrous, or forced induction, go with the stage 3 from Clutchmasters, KORE, or the HVE/RPW Ceramic unit.

If you plan on making insane HP (over 300), then one of the KORE Stage 3-4-5 clutches, or the HVE Ceramic or Brass Button Clutch.

I'm wondering why you guys are having such problems with T.O. bearings. I've never heard anyone post on this subject before, so it is news to me.
