Several people make them, the one that people seem to be most satisfied with is the TWM shifter.

I have the TWM short shifter in my Accent and I love it, unless you have a drink in your drink carrier cause you will smack the holder on upshifts. Other then that it's great. Easy install to, somewere around 30-45 minutes.
