Power shifting
Will power shifting cook your clutch if you do it a lot? 
Somebody was telling me that if you do it properly then your clutch will be fine. I dont see how it would be. This is a question for the experts who do it a lot.

I would be more worried about valve float than the clutch, but that's just me.

It's all about whether you know what you're doing or not. If done wrong, you can blow the clutch, break suspension parts (wheel hop) or even hurt the tranny. If done right, it's smoother than even normal shifting.
