Default Is My Clutch Slipping?

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section but I have a question.... How do you know if tour clutch is slipping? My car has been feeling a little Wierd when I WOT in first gear like a feeling of not going nowhere I know the gen is not the fastest but before it felt like the sucker was moving quick

The gears will usually rev real high then grab, almost like it's in neutral for the first second or two.

My testing procedure:



20-30mph depending on the gearing of the car

3rd gear, clutch down

Rev it to about 4k. maybe a little less if you are scared

dump it going to WOT.



Did the car jerk/bog/get mad that you did that? Clutch good. My ACT spun the tires in an elantra... it was good.. lol (I may have spun it a little higher than 4k to do that)



Did the revs hang.... then drop. Might be getting a little weak



Did you bounce off the rev limiter.. its gone. So gone you may be pushing the car depending on how long you did this test.
