Lighten Flywheel and S/c

Would the L/F work with the s/c, or would the lighter rotational mass have a detrimental effect on the s/c?

The lighted flywheel will allow you to gain revs quicker. In theory it will make your S/C more effeceint. From what I understand it might work better in your application than for a trubo. Turbos take longer to spool up and a side effect of your lighted flywheel is that you will also loose revs at a faster rate when you let off the throttle. The S/C because of it's linear boost character would suffer less from this loss of revs.
I would say go with the s/c and l/f

They do have one for the tiburon, it ready to be made, if not on their site call them. It is relatively new as wlel.

Using a lightened flywheel on a turbocharged takes a fair bit of skill...you HAVE to know how to keep the revs up. Usually makes your legs numb after a while
because you eventually end up heel-and-toeing or double declutching every time you shift. If you wanna slow down you can forget about closing the throttle, because you'll only lose revs(unless you're running antilag)so you'll be left-braking instead...

The Fidanza flywheel I had made, is ready to buy. Tim at Fidanza said they will retail for $479.00, for having it made I got it considerably cheaper. I'll be installing it in 2 weeks, with a copper clutch.
It will not work on your 1998 Tib, only for July of 1999 and later Beta engines.

Yes it will definitely work. It will remove some of the inertial mass the engine has to overcome when building revs, and help the S/C spool up faster, so boost you'll get sooner. The effect is increased when using a lightweight, underdriven pulley sey(read:www.unorthodoxracing.com)...
