fluid looked good to me rubbed off on the paper towl red and the tranny has 65k on it i don't know the last time it was changed i've never changed it since I had it i bought it with 54K on it.

 

Well, Auto fluid use to be changed eveyr 30k, now its been downgraded to 20k cause the BETA autos suck that much.

If its red, thats good.

Mmm. I guess cough up $80 and have local dealer diagnose the problem.

hey man i have a auto beta and awhile back mine did allmost the same thing . i work at nation wide under infiniti but i now some of the hyundai guys i asked them and they told me that unless it is happening all the time then it is just normal see the thing is sometimes you are between gears when you get on it and the overdrive gets conffused if you want to but it that way and it does not know what gear to go into so it goes into neutral all you should have to do is let off the gas and when the rpm's go do it should cacth again if this is what is happening to your's
i would recomand that you get a tranny flush this cleans the tranny good then if not fixed replace your tranny
if it is happening all the time then take it to the dealer shop let them look at it and they will tell you how to fix it or tell you that you need a new tranny if they tell you that you need a new tranny if you have the money do the auto--mannual swap but if not just replace it good luck

 

ya its not bad just when i'm cruisin and i'm beside someone and it goes into neutral and it looks like i'm reving at them when i'm not.
