Default Has anyone experienced rev hang with their car?

My car did it this morning and kind of freaked me out. It was the first time it ever did it, so I was wondering if anyone else has ever had it happen to them. If it keeps happening, what can I do to fix it?

Our Tib does it occasionally. It's rare enough that I haven't tried to solve it. Some other people have fixed their issue with a new TPS.

Mine does it, and it helps with upshifts when I am still sleepy (on the way to work) so I don't mind it. If I were racing it would make me insane.

I had a kinked line between the intake elbow (before throttle body) to the IAC valve and would experience it from time to time. It can happen for a variety of reasons.
