Clutch release bearing stuck! help!

i snapped my clutch release bearing that came with my new exedy clutch kit, into the wrong spot that is..

how can i remove it (the clutch release bearing) once i snapped it on to the clutch pressure plate. huge mistake, im looking for some help. there is a spring snap ring retainer type thing that looks like it would allow it to snap back off freely, but my recent attempts have failed me...clip come off or what?

I hate to say it but you might as well order a new clutch - then use this video for a reference.

Dont order a new one you can get them off it takes a special pair of pliers. There is a spring clip that needs to be compressed and then a prying force needs to be used at the same time, like a flat head screw driver . I have reused release bearings before on a new clutch that slipped after break in.

I think it depends on what pair of snap ring pliers you have. When I worked on copiers I had three or four versions of it. Use the wrong version and you will get super frustrated. Use the right snap ring plier and things like that are cake.

Or you could try and get the clutch fork behind the tob when you stab it.... eh.. i think id go with the trying to take it off first.
