Hey yall, i'm having this wierd squeaky noise coming from my clutch pedal not so much when i press it in, but when i release it. Well, either way, it sounds very squeaky. I just recently had my tranny re-built and had the slave and master cylinder replaced and installed a Clutch Masters STAGE 1 clutch kit. Is this a sign that i may need to take it back to the shop? Or maybe i just need to lube something up? I can actually FEEL the squeak on the pedal. Wudda u guys think?

if you can "feel" it on your pedal. Then most likely its the cluch pedal part inside your cabin. Just to make sure have a buddy press your clutch a couple times with your head in the engine bay to see if its squeeking there(with engine off wink . I had a similar problem and i just added some oil to the rod that connects to the clutch pedal.

But if you can "feel" it in the frame of your car, then most likely its a greater problem.
