Clutch material. kevlar or organic?
I'm replacing the clutch and debating between the Clutchmasters stage 1 (organic) and the stage 2 (both kevlar).
I have most of the bolt ons but no forced induction. The car is my daily driver which I run at the track a couple times a month. I do use drag radials when running at the track. My stock clutch started slipping soon after I added the drag radials to the mix. I think the extra traction was too much.
I've heard people had problems with the kevlar slipping when racing but I don't know how true it is.
Has anyone had luck using kevlar or should I use the organic?
Any other suggestions are also welcome.
Thanks
