Can I put a 1.8 flywheel on 2.0??

Default Can I put a 1.8 flywheel on 2.0??

I got a light weight fly wheel for 50 bucks, but it for a

1.8 elantra..could this be used on my 2.0??..

If I remember right it requires a spacer. I might be wrong.

Do you know if that's a spacer they sell specially for that or do I have to like make my own??

The 2.0 flywheel has the material on it to move the flywheel away from the block. If I remember right, might need to research, a spacer can be found on automatics for their flexplate. I did that research along time ago when I thought about running a 2.0 flywheel.
