Default Brake into clutch

Could someone tell me what this thing is called and if they make it for a 2001 tib auto?

What it does is make the brake act like a clutch in an automatic. If you don't know what i mean than i will try and explain.
If I were to stop at a red light right now and put my left foot on the brake ,and press in as hard as i can, then switch the gear into drive and put my right foot on the gas and accelerate i would not go anywhere but the rpms go up to about 2000. But with this product it revs up to 5000 rpm which would give me a lot faster take off. If you know what i am talking about please tell me.
thankx

sounds like you are talking about the torque converter.

The torque converter is set by the maker to "engage" at a certain rpm. This RPM can be raised or lowered by either modifing the stock torque converter or replacing it.

Level 10 are the best known for this. I think it is between 500 and 1000 for them to beef up an auto-tragic slushbox to handle around 400 HP, and at the same time, they modify the torque converter. I don't have the link handy, but I'm sure someone will beat me to it while I try to dig it out.

You can just upgrade/change/alter the torque converter without changing/altering the whole tranny, but generally, it is good to beef up the whole thing.
