Default B&M Shifter.... Ooooohhhhhhhh GOD yes!

What can I say? I got it early last week, but due to Military commitments buring WWII vetrans, I didn't get the chance to put it on till last night. One word...

WOW.

The instructions said it would take about an hour, it took me 15 minutes. The hardest part, as others have said is to make sure you keep the spacers and stuff around the spring in the right order. If you forget, check out www.hmaservice.com and there is a pic to help get you back in order.

The feel? Great! This should have been included IN the freakin Tib. My shift throw is down about 30 to 40%, and feels very firm and smooth. It also seems to have relived some of the problems with shifting into First and Reverse. The included knob is ok, it feels nice, but definately should have been left out, could have saved me $20 that way.

I got mine from O'Rilley Auto Parts here in Kansas.

Cost... $122 no S/H.

Part # 45115 for all Manual tibs to 2001 with black base plate under shifter mechanism. #45119 for the white one.

Anyone got any questions, let me know!!
