Good Luck Shadohh, Keep us posted!

My thought process was obviously VERY flawed...
I thought/Assumed (Thinking is a bad thing - Must stop!) That the New Tib 5sp box was the same as the old one (in the Tib), and that therefore the transition to 6sp would not be that difficult.

It never occured to me that they would steal the Tranny from the Santa Fe as well as the Engine...

No comments about Stupid English people please!

I dont have much hope for fitting the 6spd on the beta.

Just to name a few.

1, from the pics I seen it looks like the diff is in the front, but I could be wrong.
2, assuming the spline shafts are the same, it should work.
3. no one ever done a FWD tranny swap, only RWD, that I know of.
4. GOOD NEWS, It uses the same tranny mount as on my 2000 5spd.

but now that I mentioned that I realize, that the car is a subframe. I bet you could mount the 6spd to the santa fe, or the sonata. That might be sweet.

another downer. new the 6 spd is liek 5k, and the 5 spd is like 1800k I for mine for about 500, so umm it still cost about 2k used.
