The tilt tread is sick. Wonder if we'll ever see anything like those in our life time.

It's nice to be creative but I don't think none of those are possible, at least not in the near future. Take for instance the mag-lev one. How hard would it be to steal those lol???

Those are all terrible ideas.

The eMembrane - The tire would need to know ahead of time that you needed grip, and wouldn't work in slick conditions.

The Mag-Trac - Power delivery issues much? How about braking? Road feel? No.

The Motiv - An offroad tire that collects as much crap as possible inside of it. Imagine that thing in the mud or snow. Terrible. It would also grab rocks and throw them at people's windshields.

The Tiltread - Just what I wanted, 3 motorcycle sized contact patches on each axle location. Why on Earth would you want a wheel to lean into a corner? It's not a motorcycle. Suspension that keeps your wheels perpendicular to the roadway throughout suspension travel would be a benefit, this NO.

Meh, I've had a lot of crap going on. Running at 110% dealing with life didn't leave any time to log in here. I'm making some time now.
