Default Run Flats

Anyone on here driving with run flat tires on their car? How long have you had them and have they ever saved you from driving on a flat tire?

run flats are garbage

they typically are 2x as heavy as regular tires(sometimes more)

cost 40% more money

and CAN NOT BE REPAIRED (well you arent supposed to anyways)

have a super stiff sidewall so if you are runnin low pros you will feel it

it'd be cheaper to get a AAA membership

Run flats are for people who absolutely-positively-MUST make it out of a deadly situation without stopping. For everyone else, there are spare tires, Fix-a-Flat and Slime.
