Default Driving with Camber

Besides tires going bald, what else can go wrong, driving with my camber/toe really off? The tires are pointed in some and they squeal through little curves. I plan on getting it fixed soon.

Toe in makes the car very darty and difficult to control in slick conditions if you have different amounts of traction with each front tire. Camber limits your maximum lateral grip if it exceeds the amount necessary to roll your outside tire flat while cornering. Also negatively impacts braking and acceleration.
