Default Nasty bump steer after installing H&R springs

I put in my set of H&Rs this weekend and I noticed after driving around, I'm getting some bad bump steer. Even though I hold the steering wheel straight, any time I go over a set of bumps in the road, the car steers to one side. But as soon as I'm on a smooth surface, its fine. I still have the stock struts in the car and Im planning on getting a set of KYB's. Will that solve the bump steer problem or could it be from something else?
