Default will these used tires fit?

i think these tires i'm looking at will fit, but its slightly more of a difference than i'd like so i'm asking for more of an expert/experienced opinion than my own here.

driving a 2004 hyundai accent GSI. this is the sport model in canada, so i have 14" rims. stock tire size is P185/60/R14

a friend is offering me some used snow tires cheap - P185/70/R14

problem is that by the calculators this is a 6% difference when the normal recommended is 3%....however this is only in tire diameter.

what do you guys think?

They will be fine as long as you have the clearance, is your car lowered? The speedo will be off though.

think i'm going to give the tires a miss, damn shame! winter tires are almost a necessity here. i measured only 1" clearance between the edge of the tire with STOCK size (P185/60/R14) between the back of the wheel and the fender (front). i think adding more would be too tight.
