*roar of frustration*

So, I got a great deal on some Goodridge Stainless brake lines via ebay (120 shipped), so I jumped. I paid for them on Feb 20th. The seller said hey they'll be there soon.

A week, went by, then two. I messaged the seller, he said they should be there any day, message him the next day. The next day, nothing, I sent a message. Waited a few days, he said he checked on it and I should let him know if they weren't there by the next day. I waited, again, and still nothing, so I messaged him again (this was thursday of last week) and waited. This morning, I get a message from him. Apparently goodridge didn't have the fittings on hand and they haven't shipped them. They haven't even made them! Can I say, what in the hell kind of manufacturer doesn't stock their own product!?

Major props to my seller though, he's done a great job advocating for me in all of this. Actually, I just got an email from him while I was writing this, very nice guy, said they should ship by the end of this week.

If anyone gets the chance, hit up icctx on ebay, great seller, and a real person who answers all of his messages personally.

Or he's giving you the round about until the 30 days pass where you can't file a dispute.

hmmm, yeah I'm with tanc...you may want to file a dispute to protect yourself, just in case. You can always close it when you receive the goods.

Filing a dispute puts the ball in your court. Any reasonable seller would have got back to you why they haven't shipped and i know if i was selling something and someone filed a dispute i would understand.

There was a member here that was selling brake lines not to long ago. If you fall though you may want to search the group buy pages and see if you can hit up the member selling them and get a pair.

Well, i've got 60 days, not 30, to file a dispute (done that before), so if by this weekend I don't hear anything, I'll be filing one as insurance.

Hehe, I sorta forgot about this thread.

Yeah, after one metric shit-ton of frustration, I finally got my lines.
