i was wondering if this is actually a good deal? Im in need of struts and i want to lower my car anyways so this seemed like a good deal

Welcome to the site, please do some searching, you'll see that there are hundreds of threads on these dampers, and a few on those springs.
As for it being a good price, folks usually post what they pay for them, so it'll be in the same thread, a google search of the brand name and part number will show you more.
