So I'm getting these end links of my friend if they fit. I jacked up the car and looked at the stock ones and put these next to them and they appear to be the same exact size, so i'm guessing they would work. I just don't know if endlinks can go on any car or they have to be specifically for the model. These are of a subaru btw.Â

So yeah, would these fit on or should i just not bother?

Oh and they are for the front.

Unless it's a repair, I wouldn't change them out. The endlinks provide clearance for the sway bar so that it can move up and down freely and link the two struts together. Changing the height may cause rubbing. They may work, or may not, the only thing which will determine if they work is the clearance available above the sway bar.

I dont think they are going to work. The endlinks on our car are kinda like a ball and socket type joint. If you want to upgrade get the RockAuto.com ones. They are MOOG's and have a grease fitting and are at least twice as thick as the stock ones and have a VERY solid surface for a wrench in the back to install them.

Endlinks have nothing to do with, and are nowhere close to any strut bars.

They attach to the sway bars.

Well I don't think these would rub or anything, since they aren't any longer than the stock links.
It's just depends on the size of the bolts. cause they do look a bit different but it still seems like they might fit on.

ones on the left are MOOG. the front ones are shorter. Those you have dont even remotely look like they would work, not to mention even if you got them on what the handling would be like.

Ours have a pivot point, if you put solid ones on who knows what stress youll put on there.

I won't ever go back to stock style sway bar end links after my purchase of the KJB motorsports versions. they are wayyyyy easier to install plus the fact you can adjust the height on them makes them even better. rubber bushings and rust don't cut it for me when i can have stainless steeel and allen bolts.
