Default Questions on lowering my tib???

Ok... I am thinking about lowering my 2k tib. What brand of springs should I go with and what else besides the springs will I have to buy??? Also how low can I lower it if I am going to put on 17's and neon underlights??? Thanks for your help!!! smile.gif

Sam sells coilovers?! How much are they? ..haven't seen them on the website.

The coilovers are not listed on the website due to their high cost. They start at about $1500 and can be as expensive as $4000, depending on how far you want to go with them.

To be installed properly, Your car needs to be "corner weighted" with you in the drivers seat. They coilovers are adjusted to your chosen/prefered ride height, then the coilovers are adjusted to get the weight as equal as possilbe at all 4 corners. Your local "rice" or "Suspension" shop cannot do this, only a true PERFORMANCE supension shop will be able to do this.

hey HVE sells springs,... they are cheap too
for 150 you can get all 4
ive heard from a good source that they are great

Another company to maybe check out is H&R. They're made by Eibach, I believe...and they have a little bit more of a lower drop than Eibach. Also, with 17's you can pretty much get just about any lowering spring on the market that will fit your car, and you won't rub. That's as long as you're fitting 205/40 series tires to your rims. Anything wider or thicker, then you might have some rubbing problems on the lower drops.
