Those look like my stock rims, the rims are just painted in the middle. You probably can get them at your dealership, just show them the picture.

Those are stock 15", 5-spoke alloy wheels that the Special Edition 1st Gen Tibs come with. I have the complete set of 4 sitting in my garage, since I upgraded to 17" Konig wheels.
I will soon paint mine white and slap a set of drag radials for when I feel like going speedblind!

Those rims are a Canadaian option or stock. These rims are not available in the US unless you order them. I have asked 4 local Hyundai Dealers and they are strickly a Canadian thing I was told. So you might be able to get hold of a dealer there and order them.
