i just checked to make sure on the Eibach web site.. and their sway bars are as follows

Front: 20 mm
Rear: 26 mm

now as i understand the stock front are 22.9 but hollow...

how will a solid smaller sway bar handle?

Yes a solid swaybar will handle like a hollow bar of 1/3 larger diameter.

Whiteline does have your application.
Check under COUPE!!!! (not Tiburon).

They have front, rear non adjustable, and rear adjustable.
