well yesterday was 7/7/7 and let me tell you guys i got f^%ked pretty hard by it.

the day starts well because its my first day off in like 7-8 days and this girl had spent the night so i got my rocks off too. well she goes home and i go about my day, anyways i go to pick up this other girl cause we had date that night and i figure we would start off goin to get some food.

so we plan to hit up sonic because they just built one here in columbus and i've only eaten there once. so we figure f*** we can cruise the tib, its a nice day and her car had broken down a few days before. well we go to get on the highway and i'm starting to speed up, get to about 60mph in 3rd and all of a sudden my car jerks, my RPM's drop and we start coasting. i just look up at her like well f*** maybe a my throtle cable came loose or somethin i'll check it out and we will be off. well come to find everything is connected just fine and my car just wont start or move. anyways i get a friend out and we figure out that the coils arent sending spark out to the wires.

so we call the flatbed and load myself, amanda(girl i was with) and him in the car and take my shit home. well we get the tib home and get back on the road but my buddy needed to go back to his house. wouldnt you know it, we end up gettin pulled over on the way to his house, seems that his licence got susspended and they hadnt sent him the paperwork on it yet. so after the cops trying to search his car a few times and we telling them no, they let us switch drivers and we go on to dans house.

well we leave dans house and head for food cause thats what me and amanda were doing anyways before my car quit on me, we go to wendys and eat. well we try to leave wendys and wouldnt you know it, dans car wont start. so now this is car two that wont start for the night. we end up gettin a jump and go back to his house and find out its his alternator so we grab a spare battery and head out to another friends house who had a 4 door car so we could still go out for the night cause i was on a date and my boy wanted to come out to drink anyways. well we go out and while i'm at the bar my girl who stayed with me the night before calls me up like " yo i was on my phone textin and i fell down my stairs and twisted my ankle." i'm just like damn that is some serious bad luck.

so i guess for all those who said 07/07/07 was supposed to be good luck, you can shove it. drillsergeant.gif

today rolls around and now i find out that my coils are fine, and that the Camshaft position sensor has to be f***ing up because the coils arent even being sent the right signal. and because its sunday night at 8:30 i cant get any parts from anywhere. so now i have to just wait another day to try and get my car fixed only this time i have to miss class because of it and my teacher is a b**** and takes off grade points for missed classes. so i'm just gettin bent over every which way.

my guess is that since nothing had happend to me or my car bad for a few weeks that it was about my time to get some bad luck. mad.gif

Sorry to hear about your car mang. Hopefully it will be a cheap and easy DIY job once you get parts.

lol thats a whole nother story. NTB put on tires but they gave me the wrong ones, a month later when they finally get me something they scrached all 4 rims. then i fight with them another month and finally i got my lawyer and they gave me a check. i looked for rims for about a month and after i couldnt find them i said screw the rims, i need a tranny and clutch so now i'm buying that and waiting till next summer for rims.








oh and yea i dont think it will be forever its just shitty that its out for multiple days and i have to try to bum rides to get anywhere to fix it.

well not really because i just bought a new coil pack and i went and pulled a few camshaft position sensor and its still not fixing my problem. idk what to do now.

 

Dude, I just got my car back TODAY. After FOUR MONTHS of biking to work, class, home, lunch, etc. Four f***ing months! Anyway, sorry to hear about your loss..that sucks.
