Hi guys, ok here's my problem. I placed an order via ImportShark/Mike in May 2005, no thats not a joke nor a typo. As with Btcorrad I have received nothing but excuses and have recevied no more updates or even a simple reply in over 6 months. I have been sending numerous emails to both Tom and Mike on a regular basis and to date I have received no reply.

I notice that ImportShark have again started selling imported body kits from Korea so I see no reason why I shouldnt be taking receipt of mine in the "near future"? I need some kind of answer asap as to when I will be receiving it and why it has taken so long.

Regards, Darren Heeney A.k.A UKTib

You need to PM or email Tom at Importshark. There is another thread on this, as you mentioned. Should probably just keep all of this in the same portion.

A LOT of us have lost out on stuff because of Rick. Including me.

Already tried mate, never got an answer. I appreciate the situation with Real/Rick but at the end of the day my "contract" was with Importshark, I bought the goods from them and it's, at the risk of sounding harsh not my problem that they have problems with their supply chain/shipping. It's down to them to ensure the goods reach their customers.

I am a patient person as you can tell with the length of time I've waited but its gone beyond a joke now. The idea of my "losing out" i.e. not actually getting the kit, well lets not even get into that shall we... I mean no disrespect to Tom or anyone at Importshark but at the end of the day its not my problem. I paid them for the goods I expect to receive the goods or failing that due to any unforseen circumstances a full refund.

Anyway I should be having this dicussion with Tom/Mike but unfortunately I havent received a reply in several months from either of them and no response to my PMs either.

well I'm certainly never buying anything from Importshark. I guess Im screwed if I ever need another Zefiro bodykit.

What sh!t service, at least communicate with your buyer, even if youre at fault, don't just ignore them completely.

When all this stuff started somebody said they were sinking into the same league as shark racing and other presigious company.

I believe somebody else backed IS and said they will never be that bad, ive yet to see proof of that.

sheisty bastards.

I can say this though guys. Sometimes, there's just no money. Meaning if somebody got shafted, take FlyRyde for example. Say we got jacked 800 bux from a shady supplier. Its my responsibility to pay for that any way I can. Problem is, if I have no money, I cant do a thing. AND its somebody else's fault, but that doesn't mean a thing to the guy who's out money.

I'm not trying to stop the comments or anything, or make myself look bad, but I too have a couple guys who ordered Vertical Door kits last May. They still dont have a thing, and I still dont have the money to pay for them. Its just rough sometimes when one bad business deal can flip the whole system upside down. In my case I like to do all I can to make the customers feel at ease and not like they're getting ripped off, but that doesn't always help.

Hopefully all of this will get sorted out, as I know tons of people who have been hit with this same bomb. In the case of my customers, I just have to hope they know I'll come through like I always do, and I'm not sure about I.S. and their track record (simply cause I dont know) but it could possibly just be the case that somebody at I.S. is going to have to go without paying their electric bill or groceries for a month if they fork out the money owed due to Real vanishing. That sucks, as everybody is screwed until something drastic happens. Money sucks when there isn't any, lol.
