So, after nearly two months of fiscal tension, I've finally sorted matters out after selling nearly every valuable/ rare part on my Tib. All that's left is a few small aftermarket items.

Anyway, I will have enough $ to fund my car's bodyshop visit in early June. My car will need new fenders, major work on the fuel lid rear section of the car and minor work on the front bumper and hood. I figure $1500 total for a decent job. Since I no longer have go, I wanted some show.

Anyway, I order Erebuni fenders and I am told that it might take till mid May. I called today and that's been pushed back to mid-end June. Only one problem. I am leaving the US June 15th and returning OCTOBER 1st. I was hoping to have the car painted and ready by then.

This really blows. They have a shipment coming in 6 days but they've been "spoken for". Why does this have to be so HARD!!!

 

Did you pay for them? Me and Phorq did.... Maybe we are some of the "spoken" for fenders? God I hope I don't have to wait till the end of June... mad.gif

 

Paid in full. I just dont understand it. And if I cancel I lose 10%.

 

eh, at least youre not dealing with Rick. Guy made me wait 5 months for my Zefiro bodykit, and never sent the foglights he promised me.

Actually, I was one of the last people to have a good transaction with Rick. Got my Apexi from him no fuss, no troubles for a decent price.

 

If I remember I'm gonna call later today and see if mine are shipping or are also backordered for another couple of months. If this is the case I'm gonna be pissed! This is ALL I NEED to paint my car. blowup.gif Until then, I'm SOL. I REALLY want to get this thing on the road... sad.gif I could be like every other ricer and drive it half primered, but that just goes against my standards.

lol.. well screwdriver, I called today and I guess yours are the only ones that didn't make this shipment. Everybody else that paid should be getting theirs. They are supposed to arrive on the 10th and will ship from there. Anyone else that wants them will have to wait till the end of June.

 

I called today too... Mario (the rep) referenced your name, Aviv, saying that yours was the first in the next shipment... sorry bro.
