so any ways me and my girl friend for 4 years just broke up, shitty story. But one nite she calls me and tells me shes comeing to my house, so im like ok. well they come down and stop in the road, so i walk out down to the car, thinking its just a buch of girls, well to my surpize two guys jump out and beat the shit out of me. but i got one of the bastards good in the face a cupple of times, but for the most part i end up with alot of kicks to the head and a brused rib wile one was holding me on the ground, but anyways this is a messed up week, and its winter and i cant drive my car, or i would have ran them down, and the only other car i have is a camaro.....soo anyways what ever im pissed!

 

Dude, you should've called the police and filed assualt charges on those guys!!

ooooh man... do you know these guys? take them to F***** court man. get money for it and then they'll learn. take advantage of it in court. that's the best and only way to settle something like that.

really go to your local police station and tell them what happened. then put a restraining order on all of them, and then take them to court and get some money for medical expenses. go to the hospital and get checked out and then make them legally pay and say sorry to your face.

that's hjust wrong man... well, unless you touched the girl or did something in return to mess with them. if you're totally clean then settle it but if you've got some bad history yourself i'd sleep on it.

 

i did take it to the police, they said i could press charges which i am when i call the court house monday, and i found out about pfa or something but it has to be really serious like if they did it more then once i could do that but this is defently going to go somewhere, other then me starting this, that never happend, she is just a b**ch, i guess its her way to say never come back or something, but i dont give a sh*t, but this is all F*cked up

it was their car, its was a green older mustang (the boxy one) and i know it was a 4 cylinder becasue it sounded like a dirtbike when it left

 

have them subpoena her to the court and make a trial out of it or something.... she will have to give up the names then.. also, if it happens again... and they dont do ya up too bad... just have someone break your arm or one of your ribs or something then go to the police and tell them that the guys did it... might as well take it all the way if they are gonna mess with u
