They are absolutely right! Daleks would never have the capacity to do anything like that. They are a being that is devoid of emotion, and their only reason for existing is to exterminate all other life forms so they can take over the universe.

Now it makes more sense. I thought that the loser that said what I quoted was intending that it was morally wrong for Dalek's to do such acts. But if they are killing machines, I could understand.

The Daleks that you see in the pics that look like robots are actually like tanks. The Dalek is a smaller being that sits inside.

 

Having never heard of either, I was basically just confused.
