I have had one crappy weak. Last wensday I was let go from my job over at gulf breeze ford because they didn't need a part timer. That same day I came down with the flu. now lucky me I still work full time for burger king so no loss, I was just there for the love of working on cars. Well as the week went on my favorite hockey team loses 4 in a row. also in that time frame I came down with bronchitis. Just when I thought my week couldn't get any worse this past tuesday I was laid off from my job at BK. Of course its during thanksgiving week and am having trouble getting into contact with some friends to help me find a job. So now I am unemployed and falling into debt with everyday that passes. All the applications I have put in I have not recieved any call backs. So I don't know what to do as of now, been debating selling my mustang so that way I can pay it off and drop the insurance. then use my credit cards to get the civic back on the road so I can drive it.

we all get sick... wait until you get better. there's plenty of jobs. the reason you might not get one is because of timing... sometimes they might not be hiring.

get better, and in no time you'll find a better job.

bath and body works man...thats where i applied at when i was in need of a job, and i was in debt! They have to hire you since your a dude! Plus the pay isn't really that bad either....i started well above minimum wage...
If your brave enough, i would consider it! Easy ass job too!

All i do is stock, and im mainly in the back the whole time...so i dont have to show my face too often out front! haha

im in the same position, havent been able to find a job in 5 months. house payments are starting to get to me. unemployment wont cover the house payments alone, not including any other bills. just remember, it could get worse

hey guys I got an update. I applied over at walmart in their automotive dept. I talked to the head honcho their and he said he needed a cashier. He said all I had to do was pass the psychological test and then the drug test. Well the guy said he would call me if I passed the psycho part of the test and get me in to take the drug test. Well is been 2 days and he was supposed to call me the day I talked to him... so I guess I am a psycho.

Hahaha.. nahhh lol. One thing I've learned about job-hunting is you HAVE to be aggressive. If you're afraid about being "annoying".. don't be. Take it upon yourself to call them back as many times as it takes to land the job.. seriously. I got in the habit of calling every single day at places I applied to.. lol. Usually almost the same exact minute. Eventually they were just like eh come in next Sunday for an interview lol.. Gotta be aggressive though, mayne.. for sure.
