I mean Drum to Disc Swap

I was wondering if anyone can do a writeup on the drum to brake swap. I know it is probably simple to most but I'm not familiar with brakes and need help. I'm tired of having drums and I want to upgrade my front brakes but I need to swap the drums first.

I know most people have discs in the back but unfortunately I have the 1.8 which doesnt.
