shit guys im having such a bad month
as some of you know i got f***ed up pretty bad in a fall about a week ago this it REALLY hurts my shoulder hurts so bad that ive cried cuz if it

i went to the doc today and this is how it played out

doc: are you in pain right now even on your vicodine
me: yeah it hurts alot
doc: scale of 1 - 10
me: probably a 7-8
doc: well does it hurt when i do this ::grabs shoulder and squeezes REALLY hard enough to bring me to my knees::
me: mother f***er why the f*** did you do that for what did it accomplish? shit doode wtf?
doc: sorry im just trying to help
me: you can help buy NOT CAUSING ME MORE PAIN

so now im here at home wishing i could just down 5 or 6 vics when my roommate comes in and says
"i couldnt come up with rent"
dam doode im about to smack someone its the 2nd and rent is due by the 5th now i do have some savings but shit man wtf was he thinking? basically at the end of last month he quit his job because they wouldnt give him the time off from work TO GO TO A CONCERT stupid son of a b**** i said fine ill show a little faith hes never screwed me over before and i figured he would come through BOY WAS I WRONG f*** man im breaking the lease thats it i cant trust this lazy ass stoner his sorry ass couldnt come up with 350 in over a month and now its gonna cost me 1300 to attempt to save my credit shit i even sold my stocks in order to raise some of the money (its not worth much but its a safe investment i started it with about 100 about 2 years ago and its worth a little over 250 now i was gonna pass them to my children later on)

and now im here busted arm, my savings is going to be emptied tomorrow, im missing alot of work so my checks are slim and my wife goes to school so its not like she can put in more hours to help out, ive gonna have like a good 3-10k worth of doc bills, and i look at my bottle of vics and i forgot to ask the doc for a refill so im down to like A DAYS WORTH OF PILLS TO LAST UNTIL TUESDAY

oh and even more happiness!! my car is still in pieces!! yay!! i can only hope that i can fix it before the bbq so i can atleast take it to the track my cast should be off by then (i hope)

wtf should/can i do? nuttin but sit here and worry i guess

 

1. get the apartment complex to pay for your medical bills ATLEAST.

2. give the roomate an ultimatum(sp?). tell him to find a job in the next week, or he is out.

 

bad luck my man but u cant exacly get kicked out of your home right away u still have another 4-5 months b4 they can officialy kick u out legaly even if they gave u a thirty day notice it still gives u or your roomate time to get the money. if i were u i would call the land lord and tell her/him whats up and give um the tears see how good your acting is.. im perdy sure they will take the money l8r and just charge u a l8 fee.
the doc thing sux but he was just tryin to help maybe u just thought it was harder then actualy was.when my arm was broke any time anyone touched me including myself it felt like hercules was arm wrestling me.

and as far as your bad luck goes its just the way it is.

i have been in your spot b4.
had my jaw broke by a crow bar and arrested for dui tryin to get to hospital in the same night. was a parts deliverer lost my job. couldnt eat for 5 months.
wel any way what im tryin to say is its either feast or fammin when things are good there good but when there bad its just that much worse.

things will get better. good comes with the bad everything cant always be good.

 

yeah you have a few months before they kick you out but not paying ONE payment REALLY messes up your credit and if all goes as planned and if i do get a settlement(im going to sue someone is gonna pay for my pain) im planning on buying a house so i would like to not have that on my record

and this is the same roommate that allowed a guy that just got off of meth to move into our house without telling us...

 

give your room mate the italy treatment if he is gonna dick you over f**k em. if you nned me to come help you with the car let me know and i will do what i can

 

I've never heard of missing a apartment rent payment ruining your credit, or affecting it at all, it's not like you have a loan.

But I understand bro, let me know what I can do to help.

 

i'm sorry for the mishaps david, i hope you feel better man.

it happens all the time. if it happens too many times and your roommate never pays you back, time to find a new one. you're strong man. by the time you know it you and your car will be healed and hopefully you will be able to make it to the BBQ.

don't worry man... things could have been worse... like the hurricane could have veered over to the far left or something lol.

 

sorry to hear bout the bad luck. i know how you feel bout the doc and the pain cause i am in alot right myself right now because of my accident. sue the apartment complex for at least your meds bill. it helps trust me

 

well its gotten to the point where my wife doesnt want to be home alone with them and thats not cool i got the money together im gonna get outta dodge

good news is when i told my wife that were moving she light up in happiness she was afraid to ask if we can break it and i woke up this morning and feel a little better

oh and for the last month my roomate almost resorted to jack moves to get the money...he has had me worried if he will pay rent for 3 months in a row (he quit a job he was at for 3 years a few months after we moved in cuz they changed his hours and he didnt like waking up at 7 to get to work) hes had a half a dozen jobs within about 4 months and i really cant depend on him no more he told me last night that the money i have been giving him for my half of the elec bill the last 3 months he put toward his rent so now we have a disconnect notice and he was sayin that he cant pay the 500 electric bill himself and asked if i could help....the nerve of that im glad that its in his name only shit it aint paying it

now to find a nice one bedroom for me and the wife
