What do these things do?

Where do they go?

Any noticeable difference?

Would it help with my alignment going bad every week?

Thanks.

adjust camber- inward or outward tilt of the wheels.

one of the strut body to knuckle mounting holes, or they can take up both and increase your maximum adjustability.

properly tuning in camber is the biggest difference you can make in handling next to changing tires.

dont know, what part of your alignment is going bad? if it goes bad every week, probably not.

Alright, thanks for your help.

I wish i knew which part of my alignment was going bad, but my steering wheel always looks like / a week later, it sucks trying to drive like that and spending the money to get it redone over and over.

have you replaced your ball joints?

lift the car in the air and grab the bottom of the wheel and pull it toward you

it shouldnt move much but if it does think about replacing the ball joints

ive replaced all four of my tie rod end thingys. So i dont think its them. But where the hub holds onto the strut, a few of the bolts are not as big as others,so it moves a little bit. Could that be it?
