Well as some people here may know, last year right before winter it was raining and i slid into a curb destroying one of my rims and doing about $2,000 in other damage. Well thats all paid off now and I had the rim replaced. (I used stock for winter) Yesterday coming home from school some girl cut me off and to avoid hitting her I swerved and ended up hitting a curb wrecking another one of my rims. The last one cost over $200 to replace (without a tire) and I don't want to pay that again for one rim. I called the cops and they did an accident report but since theres no witnesses and I didn't hit the girl, I'm pretty much stuck with the damage unless for whatever reason the girl admits to cutting me off and not using her signal. I can get the girls license number because I'm sure she goes to my school. I'm just really pissed off because I have a lot of better things to spend money on than a rim that is ruined and it wasn't even my fault. I wasn't speeding, I wasn't driving stupid, I was just driving normal. I wish I would have just hit the girl because then there would be no question that it was her fault and I'm sure people would have seen it.

it's worse when you do it in the snow and get a rim rash. the company you bought the rims don't exist anymore and when sumer comes, you look at the rash and realize how stupid you were two seasons ago...

cheer up man! it is money that could have gone to other places... that's sucks. but you can always earn money.

I know how you feel. Been scouring every rim company and ebay for a 16 inch Enkei RPO1 recently to replace my dented one.

Good luck, at least there was no body damage this time.
