from just briefly going through my workshop manual. The hardest part will be removing the entire centre console. Upper AND lower to get at the workings of the handbrake handle. I know for a fact that the cables that terminate at the brakes just slip out of their mounts with a little effort.

thanx.

I removed center console once, it's PITA. but it's easier if you losen hand-brake cables so that your hand-brake handle will move higher.
