Default Triple decker change

Does it make anyone else mad when you get your change and receipt from the cashier and they give you the bills, then the receipt, with the coinage on top. Make me put the coins in the hand I am holding my wallet with, balance this while I deal with the receipt, and then put the bills in my wallet; all the while looking at me like I am taking forever and holding up the entire line. I HATE IT!

this is a very weak flame. Step to one side, and arrange your change the way you would like, or just stick it all in your pocket and disperse it as you would like when you get home, or to whatever destination you may come to next.

I absolutely hate how some people give change. It should go:

Coin in hand

Bills (receipt)

Receipt (bills)

Otherwise the change falls off, cause 70% of the time the bills are somewhat crisp up here (we just did a changeover on most bills) so the change topples over. It's like a guessing game with the way it "might" fall.

I Hate it!! mad.gif

Yeah, it is a weak flame... why don't you give them change and piss them off? Like if its $12.56, give them a $20 and 0.56c that you keep in your pocket/car. And it keeps all that change from adding up.

hehehe, I know, but if you drop the change what are you gonna do then? you gotta bend over, pick it up, and cause the person behind you to bend down and get the ones between their legs, or better yet, the lady with the skirt has to move out of the way for you. It could possibly turn into a huge mess. Change in hand then paper.

Keep in mind that you Yanks got it easy, we have the $1 (loonie) and $2 (toonie) coins remember. If I drop a $20 on a bill that's 10.XX, I'm getting at least a couple loonies or a toonie back plus quarters dimes and nickels.

It totally makes it worth it to pick that change up.

We got $1 coins, try buying stamps at a US post office machine with a $20 bill! That's the only place I've consistently gotten them, however.
