Yeah I read about those some where. Really odd. I wouldnt use em, they look too weird.

Definitely weird, but cool nonetheless. I would think they would put a sidewall on it still. That is prolly just to show what is inside. Too many things could catch in there and ruin stuff REAL quick.

Yeah, I think your right, I bet they would cover it with a thin rubber or something durable none the less.

Like how winter wiper blades are covered in a thin rubber. That would be my guess, but who knows?
Might be a really great tire for the winter, I mean never having to worry about P.S.I and all.

 

Wow, you know, that bottom pic there looks pretty hot. Definitely change wheel design to go with the tires.

And about the wipers have you seen the new blades from Canadian Tire? You've prolly got them in the states from another manufacturer but..... They are hingeless blades, they look like a bow and use the pressure from the wiper arm to keep it on the window. This way in the winter the hinges don't freeze. And hinder the window wiping.

 

That is a radically different desighn..don't know if it will catch on.
